Our usual Feb renters suddenly have personal troubles preventing their trip.
King bdrm, Queen pull out sofa, LR and bdrm gas fireplaces, water view from bed, NO cars running past in this setting, surrounded by restaurants and easy walks to many parks, trails and interesting sights. Bus stop 2 blocks away, senior discounts for passes.
Address is 409 Swift St. Dedicated underground parking, elevators throughout. All condo air is brought in directly and heated individually in each condo. Only shared air is in common areas.
This is a small residential building where hours can be spent reading comfortably parked in a LR recliner watching tugs pull their cargoes past, rowing teams practice all season, and harbor seals and otters pop up to survey the shared scenery.
Walk everywhere. Grocery stores are nearby and with a taxi or bus can help you bring back your purchases. Rent a car for days you want to explore. Most days the walking choices will fully engage you while you discover Must Eat At restaurants on your touring.
One well behaved pet is welcome once we are provided some details and you have agreed to our Pet Policy and fee.
